iShoot Photobooth Competition Terms and Conditions
1. Competition Overview:
- iShoot Photobooth is celebrating their 11th Christmas in business by offering one lucky person the chance to win a 3-hour photo booth hire with our new Social Photo Booth.
2. Eligibility:
- The competition is open to anyone who will be having their event in Mackay, Queensland, and surrounding areas within a 30km radius of our head office in Slade Point.
- If your event location is just outside this radius, a travel fee may apply.
- The winner’s event must be located within the specified area.
- Entrants must be 18 years or older.
3. How to Enter:
- Follow our official Instagram or Facebook page. We do have two facebook pages (sorry we got hacked a few times), so either one will be accepted.
- Like and share the competition post.
- Tag at least 4 friends in the comments.
- Bonus Entry: For every additional friend tagged beyond the initial 4, you will receive one extra entry into the competition.
4. Prize Details:
- The prize is a 3-hour hire of our social photo booth (if it becomes unavailable then different booth will be supplied), including unlimited digital images and animated GIFs, which guests can receive instantly on their phones.
- The booth hire includes delivery within the 30km from our head office in Slade Point, setup, template design, access to a digital gallery after the event and a variety of fun props.
- Prize will be drawn on 2nd December 2025.
5. Winner Selection:
- The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.
- The winner will be announced on our Instagram and Facebook page and contacted via direct message.
- The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. Failure to do so will result in a new winner being selected.
6. Event Date and Venue:
- The event must be within 30km of our head office in Slade Point, Mackay, Queensland.
- The event date cannot be used on a public holiday or on a date we are already book.
- If a paying customer requests to hire our weekend package on the same date you choose to hire the booth, then we will swap the booth for another one that will be available (we have lots of photo booths).
- The event date can only be from 6th December 2025 – 24th December 2025.
7. General Terms:
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
- The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- iShoot Photobooth reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
- By entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
- This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
